  • Review candidates.
  • Senior management interviews top candidates.
  • Perform fact verification and references of candidates.
  • Select ideal candidate(s).
  • Present client opportunity to candidate.
  • Contact client and provide information on candidate.
  • Coordinate interview process for candidate.
  • Debrief after interview.
  • Develop offer or fine-tune search process based on interview.
  • Follow up with candidate and client at intervals following successful placement.
